The former croft house is located in the village of Fearnan which nestles
in the mountains and forests of the Perthshire Highlands on the north shore of Loch Tay. Its location in the heart of Scotland makes it an ideal base for visiting attractions in the highlands and central Scotland.
1.5 hours from both Glasgow and Edinburgh, the area is
not only blessed with breathtaking scenery but also with a rich diversity
of outdoor activities including fishing, walking & golf.

The cottage is 3 miles west of the picturesque conservation village of
Kenmore & 10 miles down the road is the bustling town of Aberfeldy
with shops, cafes, restaurants, galleries, a whisky distillery and a swimming
pool.
